    This ten-minute video explains how to practice Attention Based Training (ABT).The central practice of ABT is concerned with disengaging from thoughts, emotions, memories and sensations on a moment by moment basis. Do do this effectively, we can use an anchor such as the breath or a chosen phrase (mantra) to ground us in the face of these distractions. This basic practice can help limit anxious thinking related to the current crisis.
